After spending hours experimenting with Kontera ContentLink I have decided not to use it in my WordPress blog. There seems to be something wrong with this Pay Per Click text context sensitive JavaScript execution that cause it to timeout in IE browser.

Goggle AdSense that also operates based on similar concept does not suffer from such serious design flaw. It seems that the problem does not lies with Kontera WordPress plug-in because I manually inserted the Kontera scripts into my WordPress theme ‘footer.php’ file and the error still persists.

Relocating the Kontera script to just right before the body closing tag seems to help a little bit initially but the problem persists when I click on a specific post. Apparently there are some other interactions between the blog theme during the post refreshing and loading resulting in Kontera context scan engine going out of control.

A search on the Internet reveals this problem is not new at all. Apparently there are many people who encounter similar problem. There are also reports on concerns such as the potential huge impact to page loading time. Well, I have no choice but to forego this great PPC online Internet marketing technique. I hope Kontera Support Team will continue to investigate to close this gap.
