Complaining is a habit shared by humans. Think about a girl who hates her new shirt just because it doesn’t look great in her body, the boy who would like to have another PSP although he already have 3 of them, or that parent who wish to push harder on their children although they know that their kids are already the top in their class.
People failed to realize that each one of them is already experiencing abundance. Sometimes the feeling of not having enough is just in the mind therefore the thoughts as if we have everything may be inside our mind as well. So what you should do? Think as if you are rich.
In order to know whether you are falling into the rut of thinking that you don’t have “enough”, learn the warning signs below:
1. Unstoppable Money Craving- What pops into your head the moment when you think about money? Do you always think about how much you have or how much you actually lacks?
There are people who would always spend their time thinking about money. Even though you may say that there is nothing wrong with this attitude, you should realize that instead of thinking about the abundance you are experiencing, the constant craving can lead you to think how much you actually lack.
What you should rather do is to think about things in life that are for free but actually gave you the reason to smile.
2. The “I hate the rich” Attitude- There are individuals who hate the wealthy simple because they are not. But let it be known that the feeling of jealousy will never help; rather this attitude is even risky. Why should you hate someone just because he or she is not like you?
The best that you can do is to simply be thankful that these people are present in your life so you will be able to have someone who you can emulate so you can be rich as well. Make them an inspiration instead of thinking that they are your competitors.
Most rich people were able to reach the pinnacle of success because of two things: 1) they work hard and 2) they are always grateful for the things they have.
As you can see, abundance is all in the mind. No matter how rich you are, if you think that you do not have enough then things will look as if you don’t have any. Learn how to be grateful of the things that you have, no matter how small they are and never based everything on the amount of cash you have.
Remember that you can be rich even without money! Always be thankful about those people in your life who never judge you depending on the things that you have. Reflect on those times that your kids or anyone willingly shared a pizza with you simply because you don’t have the money to buy a decent meal-this kind of things is very precious, more precious than money!

03Mind Power Secrets- How To Power Up The Subconscious Mind
Filed in: personal development by Paul White on 06-03-10You will find that the subconscious mind is what creates our thoughts and actions. It doesn’t matter what you say or do, everything originates from the subconscious mind. In fact, if you look at your life, it can be transformed just by the instructions you give your subconscious.
The only problem is your instructions can come in either positive or negative form. When you use mind power secrets they allow you to control your mind and utilize it in a positive manner. Here are a few of them you will want to consider.
In order to get a full understanding, you have to grasp how your brain works. There are four frequency ranges which are:
* Beta- This is the highest state. It’s usually when you feel stressed
* Alpha- This state is a more relaxed one, but you still have a form of consciousness
* Theta: The state of high relaxation and drowsiness usually right before we fall asleep.
* Delta: The state of total body relaxation and deep sleep.
These ranges can be utilized to train the subconscious mind, because it never sleeps. Even when your physical body is sound asleep, the subconscious mind is taking commands from the conscious mind or playing on the memories stored. In order to harness the power of our minds, meditation and binary beat software are two mind power secrets that are used.
Meditation
Most people have already heard of meditation before, but never really understood how it works. Those who use it do so in order to get rid of negativity or the high level of stress they’ve accumulated throughout the day. When you use this technique you will be able to clear your mind and provide the subconscious mind with a positive outlook. We recommend doing this everyday and for at least 10 minutes. If you do the results will be magnificent.
Binary Beats Software
Binary beats is modern technology that effectively assists the brain into the lower frequency ranges of alpha and theta. Once in these lower ranges, we can then begin to train our subconscious. This technology generally comes in mp3 and cd’s.
It can be used to reprogram the mind to remove negative thoughts, improve creativity, get rid of addictions, relieve stress, improve health, improve finances and more.
These are only a couple of the many mind power secrets that are used on a daily basis. Many people just want to have more control over their lives and it all starts here.
Some individuals even go to greater lengths and recite positive affirmations to themselves throughout the day. What it comes down to though is you can control the subconscious mind and achieve anything you heart desires with the use of all the mind power secrets available today.
Research has shown that we only use an average of 10% of the full capacity of our mind power. This means the remaining 90% of your full potential remains untapped. Can you even imagine what you’d be capable of if you could access even a small portion of that remaining potential?
What is meant by power of mind? For a long time, scientists have known that there are people who can access these different parts of the unconscious mind and have a variety of abilities, perceptions and strengths. These abilities can include extrasensory and psychic abilities as well.
However, these people aren’t different or more special than you or I. Instead, we all have the ability to access our unconscious minds such that we can tap into our unique gifts and powers.
Unfortunately, what happens is that most people don’t even know these abilities exist, so they remain latent. That unused 90% of your potential is there, but it’s latent, dormant.
How do you unlock your full potential, then? You need to free those latent skills and abilities, and you need to tap into that unused 90% of your unconscious. In fact, you may just find you can manifest what you desire most in life, and you could also unleash powers like remote viewing, telepathy, precognition, telekinesis, levitation and other ‘super sensory’ skills most people don’t tap into.
How do you begin to access your unconscious mind so that you do this? Let’s take a look.
Affirmations: Your unconscious mind is the power-house of your entire life. Everything you do, every choice you make, it all comes from a thought that originated in your unconscious mind. It’s processed and then moved forward to your conscious mind, or the waking portion of your thought patterns, where you act on the information given.
By repeating positive phrases or messages to yourself several times a day, your unconscious mind will eventually pick up that phrase and put it to work in that section of your brain that is often locked away from your attention. That affirmative thought plus the power of your unconscious mind means that the next time you receive a conscious thought process, it will be more positive, more focused and more in tune with your desires.
So for example, think for a minute about what say to yourself in your “self talk” at the moment. You may say, for example, “I’ll never lose weight,” “I’ll always be poor,” or, “I don’t deserve to be happy.” Take those phrases, and change them to something positive, so that the opposite essentially becomes true, ultimately.
Visualization is a good way to change your life with your unconscious mind, too. Visualization is daydreaming of a sort, but it’s a lot more than that. Visualization happens when you literally picture what you want, versus daydreaming — which is something you do randomly, with no serious intent that what you see will ever happen.
So, try this: Picture yourself with your life the way you want it. You can literally change your life from the inside out, your level of happiness, abundance, positive relationships, and so on simply by visualizing yourself already having those things you want to bring to fruition. Your unconscious mind simply can’t help but take up those images and bring them to conscious thought, where you’ll simply see that things can open up so that you can make them happen.
Hypnosis, too, is a good way to access your unconscious mind and may be the easiest. Hypnosis has given very positive results to people who wanted to lose weight, increase self-esteem, attract success, or quit smoking, as just a few examples.
You can do self-hypnosis as an easy way to develop your own mind powers, as you have time. Listen to recordings by trained hypnotherapists that will reinforce those affirmations you’ve worked to transfer to your unconscious mind.

19Clinically Established Reasons To Meditate
Filed in: Health&Wellness by Keira Adams on 04-19-10Medication started in several millennia ago. There were no records that we able to point out when it exactly began but there are many civilizations that started today’s meditation exercises.
India is well known for their meditation practices. With the passing centuries, many Hindi scholars wrote about meditation and all their benefits. Some of the better-known Hindi texts included the Vedas and the Yoga Sutras that were written by Patanzali.
No one can argue a more influential source of meditation than Siddharta Gautama known as Buddha. In 500 B.C. his goal was better through the practice of meditation. He started so many throughout Asia and in a short time around the world.
The East has practiced meditation for many centuries. The Western world started it a few years later. It was the mid 20th century that started meditation and made it so popular with the Western people.
Now more and more people are starting this type of exercise. Many meditation methods are used in religious practices but there are many that do not use the spiritual part anymore. They will usually focus on the health benefit factors and how it can help them in the fast world that we live in.
Even though the spiritual side of meditation is no longer there for many, it is still a great method for well being. This is one of the central parts of meditation.
What are the reasons to meditate? Brain scans and medical research have provided some answers to that question. Researchers established a connection between spiritual meditation and the body’s physical processes through several studies of participants who were practicing it. They discovered that, with just 40 minutes of meditation each day, a person could actually alter the makeup of the brain — lessening the effects of aging and increasing the amount of gray matter in the right hemisphere. There are many other positive benefits of this practice for people with depression, chronic pain and insomnia, experts say.
Insomniacs are one group of people who can realize tremendous benefits from meditation. At the June 2009 Associated Professional Sleep Societies meeting, researchers from Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Evanston, Illinois reported their findings that meditating in the daytime improved the quality of sleep in patients with insomnia.
Patients noted marked improvement in their sleep latency, total sleep time, total wake time, sleep efficiency, sleep quality and depression symptoms after two months of practicing Kriya Yoga meditation methods. “Results of the study show that teaching deep relaxation techniques during the daytime can help improve sleep at night,” said study leader Ramadevi Gourineni MD.
High blood pressure patients received some good news about the benefits of meditation following a University of Kentucky College of Medicine study. Dr. James W. Anderson found that transcendental meditation is an effective treatment for controlling high blood pressure, without the side effects of anti-hypertension drugs. It reduced 4.7 mm systolic blood pressure down to 3.2 mm, he said. “Adding Transcendental Medication is about equivalent to adding a second anti-hypertension agent to one’s current regimen, only safer and less troublesome,” Anderson concluded after 9 randomized, controlled trials.
There are a few found cases that said meditation was proven to help in the cure of an illness. A huge study done in 1976 by an Australian psychiatrist Ainslie Meares published an article in the Medical Journal of Australia.
The study did state that a patient with cancer regressed after a few sessions of meditation. Meditation is also said to lower blood pressure and this is very beneficial to a human who is at risk for hypertension and other types of heart related problems.
If you’re depressed, you might benefit significantly from meditation. An Oxford University study indicates that mindfulness meditation significantly reduces the number of people with depression. Study leader Professor Mark Williams said: “We are on the brink of discovering really important things about how people can learn to stay well after depression. Our aim is to help people to find long-term freedom from the daily battle with their moods.”
People with early stage dementia also have good reasons to meditate. Qigong and Taiji exercises and meditation classes improved mood and cognitive function in nearly all participants after 20 weeks of meditation therapy, researchers found. “The clinical findings, from my perspective, go far beyond the statistical findings,” said Sandy Burgener from the University of Illinois. “People were happier when they were in the treatment group. Two men came in with walkers and left without them. One is in our Taiji group three years later and is still not using a walker.”
A technique you may want to try to help enhance your calm and center yourself so you can tackle your problems is through meditation. Meditating can be quite relaxing and can help you in every part of your life. Click here for useful meditation information that can teach you to relax.
